Experts In Phone Mast Advice
Matt is best known in the industry for his instigation and involvement in the landmark case Compton Beachamp Estates Limited vs CTIL (Cornerstone). An attempt by a code operator to force a code agreement on a landlord at £25 per annum, using the Upper Land Tribunal was dismissed, providing a massive victory for all landlords with mobile phone masts. This case was the very first win for landlords under the new Electronic Communications Code, which became law in December 2017.

Andrew ChinnChartered Surveyor
My previous roles have been varied. I have worked as a Management Consultant in the Clothing and Shoe industry across Southern Africa before returning to the UK to work as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor for various national and medium sized firms, mainly in the North West. I have also run my own small form of Chartered Surveyors for over 10 years.
I enjoy working as a Chartered Surveyor as the role is varied, and challenging. It is great dealing with, and meeting, a broad spectrum of people and helping them to get a fair deal for their land and property.
I enjoy watching and participating in many sports, particularly cricket and football. For my sins I support Birmingham City – I blame my father for inflicting this life of misery upon me. I also enjoy keeping Koi carp, which my wife thinks is a little nerdy!
I live in the North West with my aforementioned wife and daughter, who are constantly trying to persuade me to stop indulging in my love of real ale. At some point I must take heed.
